Job summary

Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in a remote Massachusetts setting. You will shape technology pathways across in-clinic and virtual care, in-basket management, and asynchronous care, leading a multidisciplinary team including Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
Proven history partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and/or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers.

Responsibilities

Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to design end-to-end care models that enable efficient and safe outpatient care while reducing admin burden.
Serve as strategic thought partner for CVS HCD stakeholders defining care model strategy and what to execute.
Drive cross-functional technology teams to surface how to enable care model strategy and execute technology products.
Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to ensure tech investments improve clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
