Job summary

Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery to shape technology strategy for core clinical tools, including clinical documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team—Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and UI/UX designers—to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps that improve patient outcomes, safety, and the total cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic)
• Track record partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value‑based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to collaborate on end-to-end care models, ensuring safe and efficient outpatient care while reducing admin burden for care teams.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner for CVS HCD stakeholders shaping care model strategy.
• Drive cross-functional technology teams to surface how to enable care model strategy and execute technology products.
• Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to ensure investments improve clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
