Job summary
Partners in Digital Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery Products. - Executive presence with senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
- Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and translating operational needs into Epic builds.
- Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-for-Service (FFS) in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable clinical technology interventions.
- Translate broad clinical ideas into actionable product specifications and architectures (Epic).
- Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and build for clinical pathways.
- Ensure real-time insights by integrating external data with Epic workflows for clinicians.
