Job summary

Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. You will drive technology strategy across outpatient care platforms, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver scalable Epic-enabled care pathways and value-based care implementations.

You will partner with clinical and business leaders to optimize patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance care experiences in a remote Massachusetts setting.

Qualifications

• Executive presence with senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and translating requirements into Epic build.
• Deep familiarity with clinical operations, QI, VBC, and FFS models.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
• Translate broad ideas into problem statements, specs, and Epic architectures.
• Ensure end-to-end technology design, requirements, and build ownership.
• Integrate external data sources with Epic workflows for real-time insights.
