Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• Experience leading healthcare technology product management and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Track record partnering with retail clinics or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
• Translate clinical vision into rigorous problem statements and Epic/technology architectures.
• Accountable for end-to-end technology design and implementation across care delivery workflows.
• Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to improve clinical quality and financial performance.
