Job summary

Partners in Digital Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery Products. Remote Massachusetts-based role guiding strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery products, including clinical documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination with Epic at the core.

Qualifications

• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and translating requirements into Epic builds.
• Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service operations.
• Track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver scaled clinical tech interventions.
• Strong problem-framing and accountability for execution and outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead with empathy and build high-trust teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with care delivery leadership to design end-to-end care models enabling safe, efficient outpatient care.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams to deliver care-model driven technology solutions.
• Oversee Epic-driven architectures and translation of clinical ideas into technical specifications.
• Ensure real-time, actionable insights by integrating external data with Epic workflows.
