This role builds senior-level customer relationships and develops opportunities aligning secure communications with service priorities. The Director owns the qualified opportunity pipeline from early engagement through capture and proposal submission, shaping growth strategies and coordinating with PM, engineering, contracts, and proposals teams to

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of US contracting and budgeting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and foster continued business development opportunities with existing customers.
• Expand and grow business base by developing new customer relationships.
• Support the Company’s strategic plan to meet or exceed the Bookings forecast.
• Overall responsibility for the accuracy and achievement of the Bookings Forecast and Plan.
• Visit and prospect new and existing customers regularly.
• Perform competitive market analysis and identify customer needs.
• Coordinate marketing plans and programs to achieve financial objectives.
• Support and monitor budgets for Bid and Proposal activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align customer activities with market strategies.
• Represent the company in meetings and at trade shows.
