SAIC seeks a growth-driven Director of Business Development for the Defense Space market, leading strategy, capture, and customer engagement to fuel US Space Force opportunities. This role partners with the VP and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale wins in space C2 and mission integration.

The position allows remote work with a preference for candidates in the DMV, CO, or CA, and requires extensive government bid experience and TS eligibility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in space-focused business development, with strategy, pipeline, capture, and government proposals.
• Experience engaging Air Force/Space Force and DoD stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; Top Secret eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Oversee pipeline development and capture activities for Space Battle Management and C2 opportunities.
• Shape long-term growth strategies and drive customer engagements with USSF and DoD leadership.
• Lead teaming, price-to-win, capture plans, and value propositions across SAIC's space programs.
