Responsibilities

• Design and implement the consumer digital product operating model with governance and roles.
• Define tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, delivery and measurement.
• Establish governance forums to clarify ownership and accelerate decisions.
• Lead operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and communications.
• Oversee budget planning, workforce planning, recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Drive culture, engagement, transparency and collaboration across teams.
• Develop the program management team and ensure disciplined execution.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops for adoption and improvement.
• Advise senior leaders on operating-model choices and risks.
