Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. The role partners with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize operations, and support growth, M&A integration, and strategic initiatives.

A licensed P&C professional with CPCU/CIC is ideal for driving performance across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Standardize workflows, improve performance, and drive client outcomes.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on agency operations, workflows, systems, and best practices.
