Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and drive performance across the organization.

The role includes supporting M&A integration and ongoing transformation of the Commercial P&C operating model.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license required.
CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage or agency.
Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable process improvements.
Strong workforce planning and capacity modeling experience.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results in a matrixed organization.
