Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to drive standardized workflows, optimize performance, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service.
The position requires an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designations, and 5–7+ years of operational leadership in a large agency or brokerage.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license is required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.
- Experience with EPIC, workflow standardization, and operational optimization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional/Regional leaders.
- Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
- Lead process improvements to increase productivity and consistency.
- Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth and service demands.
- Support M&A integration initiatives through operational assessments and planning.
