Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to advance objectives, optimize workflows, and scale operations while leading strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and integration efforts.
The role emphasizes standardization, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering exceptional client service across a national footprint.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
- 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership at a large broker/agency.
- Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, and servicing models.
- Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions and operational integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with senior leadership.
- Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
- Lead process improvement to boost productivity and client outcomes.
- Analyze workforce needs and develop capacity plans.
- Support M&A integration initiatives and operational alignment.
