Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, align with divisional leaders, and drive workflow standardization and efficiency.

The role requires active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, 5–7+ years in a large broker/agency, and hands-on leadership across people, processes, and technology, including EPIC, with opportunities for M&A integration.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with M&A integration and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable workflow solutions.
• Standardize workflows and drive process improvements across the organization.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, reporting tools, and tech platforms.
• Drive performance analytics and change leadership.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership for stakeholder alignment.
