Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, standardize workflows, and drive growth. This senior role partners with divisional and regional leaders to optimize service delivery and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines at a large brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred, with strong EPIC experience and change leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines leadership at a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows and optimization.
• Experience in change leadership and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan staffing and capacity to support growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with Managed Services and technology teams on EPIC usage.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Engage producers and leaders to drive accountability and results.
• Champion company values and maintain professional leadership standards.
