Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, standardize workflows, and guide strategic initiatives. The role partners with divisional and regional leaders to optimize performance, support producers, and drive excellence in client service.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license with CPCU or CIC, 5–7+ years in a similar leadership role, and experience with M&A and EPIC systems.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with divisional/regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process optimization to boost productivity and consistency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Align Managed Services resources with organizational goals.
• Provide national SME guidance on agency operations and EPIC usage.
• Support M&A integration through assessments and workflow alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to ensure successful implementations.
