Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, standardize workflows, and drive growth across the agency network. You will partner with regional leadership to optimize client service, profitability, and integration of M&A initiatives, while leveraging EPIC and analytics to guide decision-making.

Ideal candidates hold active P&C license, CPCU or CIC, and 5–7+ years in senior commercial lines leadership within a large brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Establish and promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Evaluate issues through root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing and workload to support growth with effective capacity planning.
• Coordinate with Managed Services to align resources with goals.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, systems, and industry best practices.
