Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, align with divisional leadership, and drive standardization of workflows across the agency. The role partners with producers, account teams, and leadership to optimize service delivery and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and deep experience with EPIC systems, workflow optimization, and M&A integration.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization, process optimization, and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Drive workflow standardization and operational excellence.
• Lead capacity planning and staffing analyses.
• Support M&A integration and transitional workflows.
• Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization.
