Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, standardize workflows, and drive growth. This role partners with regional leadership to enhance service delivery and shareholder value, including M&A integration and operational transformation.

The ideal candidate brings a P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large insurance brokerage or agency, with expertise in EPIC and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with leadership to improve operations.
• Identify and implement scalable workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Standardize Commercial Lines workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze workforce models and create capacity plans to support growth.
• Support M&A integration with operational assessments and alignment.
• Guide on EPIC usage and related systems to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
