Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Lines Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations, service delivery, and organizational performance.
• Operational Excellence: Identify challenges and implement scalable solutions improving efficiency and client outcomes.
• Workflow Standardization: Promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Root Cause Analysis: Evaluate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Workforce Planning: Analyze staffing and workload to develop capacity plans.
• M&A Integration Support: Support merger/acquisition initiatives through assessments and integration planning.
• Systems & Technology Optimization: Promote EPIC usage and associated tools to improve performance.
• Performance Analysis: Use metrics and BI to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Change Leadership: Drive adoption of new processes and practices across the organization.
