Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide operations in Commercial Property & Casualty, partnering with regional leadership to standardize workflows and scale performance. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred; EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.

• M&A Integration Support: assist with integration planning and standardization.
• Systems & Technology: optimize EPIC and related tools to improve performance.
• Performance Analysis: use metrics and BI to drive improvements.
• Change Leadership: drive adoption of new processes and practices.
• Professional Development: pursue advanced industry leadership.
