The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines operational leadership within a large brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU and/or CIC designation. Remote work is allowed with occasional onsite needs.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Commercial Lines strategy, improving service delivery and performance.
• Standardize workflows, processes and best practices across the organization.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and operational transformation.
• Drive workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
