Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial Property & Casualty operations, partnering with regional leaders to drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and scalable growth across the agency.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred, with a strong track record of collaboration, change leadership, and results—plus willingness to work remote

Qualifications

Active P&C license required.
CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, and processes.
Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional/Regional Leadership.
Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements.
Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
Lead process optimization to boost productivity and client outcomes.
Support merger and acquisition initiatives through operational assessments and integration planning.
Collaborate with producers, account teams, and leadership to drive initiatives.
Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization.
Analyze performance metrics to guide improvements and decisions.
