Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. You will partner with divisional leadership to standardize processes, optimize workflows, and scale the business while maintaining exceptional client service.

The role requires active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, 5–7+ years in a leadership role within a large brokerage, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive transformation, and deliver results in a matrixed

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives; strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Drive operational excellence and standardized workflows across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze staffing and capacity planning to support growth.
• Support M&A integration initiatives through operational assessments and alignment.
