Job summary

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership in a large agency.
• Experience with EPIC, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead change and deliver results in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
