Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Commercial Lines strategy with regional leaders.
• Identify and standardize workflows to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Lead process optimization and workforce planning for scalable operations.
• Support M&A integration with workflow alignment and standardization.
• Drive performance analysis using metrics and BI to guide improvements.
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure execution of initiatives.
