Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in Commercial P&C. You will partner with divisional leaders to drive workflow standardization, process improvement, and scalable operations, while supporting producers, account teams, and leadership to deliver outstanding client service and shareholder value.

Ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC or equivalent, 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage, and strong experience with

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent)
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

• Commercial Lines Strategy: develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations
