Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial P&C operations, drive workflow standardization, and support strategic growth. The role partners with senior leadership to optimize service delivery, improve efficiency, and scale operations across branches.

The ideal candidate will have a P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and 5–7+ years of operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency, with a strong track record in transformation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with Divisional and Regional Leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead workflow standardization and process optimization across the organization.
• Support merger and acquisition initiatives through operational assessments and integration planning.
• Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization to improve performance.
