Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and standardize agency workflows. This role collaborates with Divisional and Regional leaders to optimize performance and deliver exceptional client service across the organization.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, with CPCU/CIC designation preferred, and 5–7+ years of operational leadership in a large broker/agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leaders.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide workforce planning and capacity modeling for growth.
