Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations and drive standardized processes across the brokerage. The role partners with regional leaders to enhance service delivery and scale operations while maximizing shareholder value.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of leadership experience in a large brokerage. Remote work is available with occasional on-site requirements per policy.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience.
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvements.
• Experience with mergers/acquisitions and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and service quality.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
