Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows. You will partner with regional leadership to standardize processes, drive efficiency, and support M&A integration while ensuring high-quality service and value for clients.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a major brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. Fully remote with some on-site optional per policy.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with divisional leadership.
• Standardize workflows and optimize processes across the organization.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation efforts.
