Job summary
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operational initiatives in a fully remote/hybrid capacity. This senior role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to standardize workflows, improve service delivery, and support M&A integration.
The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty license, CPCU or CIC, and 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to strengthen operations and performance.
- Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
- Promote standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on productivity and quality.
- Support M&A integration initiatives through operational assessments and planning.
- Partner with producers, operations teams, and leadership to drive engagement and successful implementations.
- Promote effective use of EPIC, reporting tools, and tech platforms.
