Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations in a fully remote role. The position collaborates with divisions to standardize workflows, drive performance, and guide strategic initiatives across a large insurance brokerage.

Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license with CPCU/CIC preferred and have 5–7+ years of operational leadership in Commercial Lines, with strong change leadership and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow optimization and process improvement.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement, productivity gains, and error reduction.
• Support M&A integration and capacity planning.
