Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide operations with a remote-capable role. The position partners with divisional leadership to advance objectives, optimize workflows, and strengthen Commercial Lines performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license and CPCU/CIC designation, with 5–7+ years of operational leadership in a large agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and improvements.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Lines Strategy: partner with leadership to improve operations.
• Operational Excellence: identify challenges and implement scalable solutions.
