Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide operations with a focus on workflow standardization and exceptional client service. A valid P&C license and senior experience in large brokerages are required, with CPCU or CIC strongly preferred.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to optimize processes, support M&A integration, and drive performance across regions while enabling remote work within policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5-7+ years in commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and reduce variation.
• Support merger and acquisition initiatives through operational assessments and integration planning.
