Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with divisional/regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Establish and promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing models and develop capacity plans to support growth.
• Support M&A integration initiatives through operational assessments and planning.
• Promote optimal use of EPIC, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
