Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. This leadership role partners with divisions to drive workflow standardization, capacity planning, and operational scalability, delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value.

The ideal candidate brings active P&C licensure, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of senior leadership experience in a large brokerage setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth.
