Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. This fully remote role aligns with Central Time Zone hours and may require onsite presence per policy.

The role partners with leadership to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and drive shareholder value. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large brokerage, hold an active P&C license, and preferably CPCU/CIC.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required; CPCU/CIC strongly preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead standardization of workflows and improve productivity.
• Support M&A integration and operating model evolution.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive results.
