Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director of Commercial Lines to lead national operations, driving workflow standardization, process optimization, and robust service delivery. The role partners with executive leaders to optimize performance, scale operations, and guide strategic initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership within a large brokerage, a current P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation if possible.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU/CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership within a large brokerage.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflow optimization.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives to strengthen performance.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead capacity planning, workforce development, and service delivery.
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and consistency.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, workflows, and reporting tools to improve outcomes.
