Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations across a large brokerage environment. The role partners with Divisional and Regional leaders to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and elevate Commercial Lines performance while supporting M&A integration and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines operational leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU or CIC designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional/Regional leadership.
• Lead workflow standardization and process optimization to improve efficiency.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and operations.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and post-merger integration.
