Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. This senior role partners with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive performance for client service excellence and shareholder value.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large brokerage or agency, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU or CIC designation preferred.
- 5–7+ years leadership in Commercial Lines within a large broker/agency.
- Strong operations, workflow standardization, and continuous improvement experience.
- Experience supporting M&A integrations and capacity planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
- Drive operational excellence, standardize workflows, and improve efficiency.
- Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
- Guide M&A integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with producers and staff to deliver superior client service.
- Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
