Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, partnering with Divisional and Regional Leadership to advance objectives and optimize performance. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of operational leadership in Commercial Lines within a large agency, an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC designation, and strong change leadership,

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, continuous improvement, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives across the organization.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing models and workload to develop capacity plans for growth.
• Collaborate with M&A teams on integration planning and alignment.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, systems, and best practices.
