Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, drive workflow standardization, and optimize client service. The role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to enhance performance, scalability, and value, supporting producers, account teams, and leaders across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C licensing, and CPCU/CIC designations, with strong strategic and change leadership

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license and CPCU/CIC designation (or equivalent).
• Experience leading workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with executive leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and consistency.
• Analyze workforce needs and capacity planning to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation efforts.
• Promote EPIC and technology utilization to improve performance.
