Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows. The role partners with divisional and regional leadership to optimize processes, drive performance, and support M&A integration while ensuring exceptional client service.

The position requires active P&C licensure and 5–7+ years in a similar leadership role within a large brokerage.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with Divisional/Regional leaders.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to raise productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration through due diligence and operational alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive changes.
