Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency effectiveness. The role partners with Divisional and Regional leaders to standardize workflows, optimize performance, and deliver superior client service while supporting strategic M&A integration.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in operational leadership within a large insurance brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation if possible.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Drive workflow standardization and process improvements.
• Oversee workforce planning and capacity modeling.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership for implementation.
