Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national expert in Commercial P&C operations. The role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to advance objectives, standardize processes, and scale Commercial Lines performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation (or equivalent), and 5–7+ years of leadership experience in a large brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy across the organization.
• Standardize workflows and drive process improvements for scalability.
• Lead M&A integration planning and execution in collaboration with leadership.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and operations to deliver excellent client service.
