Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial Property & Casualty operations. This role partners with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the brokerage.

A strong focus on process improvement, workforce planning, and accountable leadership will be essential. The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, with CPCU/CIC strongly preferred, and bring 5–7+

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership to strengthen operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Drive process optimization, productivity gains, and consistency in client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and workflow alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and leadership to ensure successful initiatives.
