Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with loyalty or rewards programs.
• Proven success with recognized retail brands and experience managing P&L.
• Technical fluency with loyalty and martech platforms and the confidence to guide technical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, including client satisfaction and revenue targets.
• Lead account strategy, quarterly reviews and risk management while developing your direct team.
• Drive organic growth by building and landing proposals that turn partnerships into client proof points.
