Cengage Group seeks a Director of Campaign Operations to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of marketing programs, maturing our campaign operations ecosystem and driving growth. You will define how campaigns move from strategy to execution, balancing rigor with flexibility, and enabling personalized customer experiences at scale.

This leadership role reports to the Vice President, Marketing Operations and oversees a team focused on efficient, scalable campaign production across enterprise

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading marketing operations and campaign production in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate marketer needs into scalable capabilities and services.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy, operating model, production processes, governance, and service model to enable scalable campaign execution.
• Build and optimize a production model using internal teams, marketer self-service, and external resources.
• Establish planning standards, templates, workflows, and reusable components to improve speed and quality.
• Drive operational excellence by measuring campaign timelines, velocity, throughput, quality, and predictability.
• Identify bottlenecks across the campaign lifecycle and implement improvements for faster time-to-market.
