Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or related functions.
• Proven track record building and operating scalable campaign production or marketing automation models.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, workflow management, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy, operating model, production processes, governance, and service model to enable scalable campaign execution.
• Build and optimize a production model using internal teams, marketer self-service, and external resources.
• Establish planning standards, templates, workflows, intake processes, and reusable campaign components.
• Drive operational excellence by measuring campaign timelines, velocity, throughput, quality, and predictability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to accelerate time-to-market and drive outcomes.
• Provide governance for campaign platforms and integrated systems, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
